This three day in-person workshop (intermediate note-taking & the essay) builds on knowledge gained in both WIT 101 (or WIT 101 for ENL) and WIT 102. It layers in the additional skills students need to write strong essays as well as to support close reading of and writing about complex texts. It is appropriate for any teacher or school leader who seeks a deeper understanding of the WIT note-taking skills and/or full essay writing. (Note – those who seek deeper exposure to note-taking without a focus on essay writing may wish to proceed directly to WIT 104. Prerequisites: WIT 101 (or WIT 101 for ENL) and WIT 102

*The fee for this WIT workshop (three sessions) is $1,000 per person.  There is a discount of $100 per person for teams of 3 or more from the same school.
